Then you had the buy back program, if you buy another 15K in points and stay in the program for 5 more years they will buy it back for 20% of what you have in it, so you basically getting what you paid to get into the program and fees you pay during the five years, back where you started. They make you talk to several people and even offer a trial one for a year overpriced to lead to regular one . They got pressured real bad and lied too. I cant give it back and not pay maintenance but then I still owe the loan. Vegas, Hawaii, New Orleans etc. Who spent an entire day of our vacation, being pressured into timeshare. We had no idea who she was so didnt read the email. I was even told that if I purchase a new vacation package as a deed owner I could walk away anytime no questions asked. My husband paid them, which was thousands of dollars. I was honest and up front that I didnt want to purchase anything. I do NOT owe a mortgage in 2001 I paid the over $8,000 in full. Then, by the second day this trial plan miraculously appeared. Not once was I told or inform that I was signing up for a new contract. I have pages of documentation, and am able to support my claims that they cannot fill their promises. It is frustrating to be unable to book a trip using points due to unavailability and the see the same rooms listed on travel sites.
